- Adult Literacy AdvocatesProvidess basic education classes and one on one tutoring, alternative high school diploma program, work place literacy, English as a second language and Graduate Exit Exam review course.
- Christ's Way AcademyProvides free one-on-one tutoring for teenagers and adults who have the desire to improve their reading and writing skills. Also conduct small group tutoring sessions for students who are seeking to acquire a GED diploma.
- Family Values Resource InstituteWorks to move economically and socially challenged individuals into sustaining a self-sufficient life style by addressing the educational, economical, and emotional barriers faced by citizens in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
- St. Paul Adult Learning CenterGED classes, refresher studies, life skills, job skills and art education.
- YWCA Center for Family EmpowermentOn-site educational services for families with children six weeks to five years; adults attend parenting, education, and literacy courses while children are in the Child Development Center.
