Penguin Titles can no longer be transferred wirelessly to Kindles.

Penguin Press, publisher of popular fiction titles, has stopped wireless transfer to Kindle devices and will no longer offer its ebooks and audiobook titles through Overdrive.

There is a compatibility issue with WMA audiobooks not working on Apple devices that have upgraded to the new operating system iOS 5.

A new version of the Overdrive Media Console has been released that fixes this. Please download the latest version:

Overdrive is the name of our digital materials service.   Overdrive allows you to download audiobooks, ebooks, videos and music to use on your home computer or to transfer to a compatible mobile device.

To access these digital materials you need…

• A valid EBRP library card
• Internet access (preferably high speed) and/or a wireless connection
  
• A computer or device that meets the system requirements for the digital materials you want to check out
• Free software for your computer or compatible device
