The RTW extension provides literacy support when reading web pages. It’s available for Chrome, Firefox and Edge. All can be downloaded from https://www.kurzweiledu.com/products/software-updates.html under the Other Tools heading at the bottom of the page. Chrome users can also access the Read the Web extension by visiting the Chrome Web Store and searching “Read the Web.”

The Kurzweil 3000 icon will appear in the upper right hand corner of the browser toolbar following the addition of the extension. When not in use, it may be gray. If on a page with no readable text, it may show with a red diagonal line through it.
