GSR Makerspace Procedures
- EBRPL’s Internet Access, Rules of Behavior for Patrons, and the Makerspace Policy agreement apply to the Makerspace
- EBRPL staff reserves the right to halt, delete, or disallow the creation of items that violate EBRPL policy, including the creation of weapons, pornography, or illegal items
- Only library computers may be connected to library Makerspace equipment. Only cloud storage and flash drives are allowed for file storage. Bluetooth connections to the Cricut are allowed
- 3D print jobs cannot exceed 4 hours of print time
- The library provides basic materials for sewing, & vinyl cutting. All materials brought in are subject to staff or instructor approval before being used
- Costs vary by consumables used, see consumable pricing and eligible free consumables.
- All reservations of the Makerspace must be made online at https://ebrpl.libcal.com
- It is required that long hair must be pulled back into a bun or ponytail so that it cannot be pulled into equipment. It is recommended that patrons do not wear extremely loose-fitting clothing for the same reason. It is also required to wear close toed shoes when in the Makerspace.
- Please keep in mind that other makers will use this space and equipment. Please treat all equipment with respect and care so that others may use it. We ask that you clean as you go and return items to their original areas.
