One Book One Community 2019: The Hound of the Baskervilles: Kickoff Party 2019

More One Book One Community events are happening all Spring!

We will kick off the One Book One Community series with an After-Hours Street Party at the Main Library at Goodwood on Saturday, February 23, 6pm - 8pm complete with:

• lively music by street performers Wael and Anna
• clever games & fun prizes
• face-painting & balloon artists
• activities with LA's own State Police Crime Lab & the LA Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime Unit
• London-style refreshments courtesy of the Patrons of the Public Library (POPL)
• local non-profit organizations, like the Capital Area Beekeeper's Association
• a visit from Sherlock Holmes himself!
